The Revolution of Concrete

Mixing of Concrete

The mixing process determines the quality of the material which depends on the availability of the materials on site and cost effectiveness. There are 4 mixing trades and methods that are commonly known in the construction business, but it all depends on how much money you want to spend. To start with, there’s the manual mixing method. The concrete is mixed by hand using a shovel to mix small amounts of concrete. Second one is the mechanical mixing method. The concrete is mechanically mixed in the required proportions in mixers of appropriate capacity with relation to its size at the rate of transportation and pouring of the process. The mixers are used on the work site and the number of mixers is proportional to the type and nature of work and with the required quantities of concrete. 

The third method is called central mixing, which is when the material is mixed and prepared in this way at the concrete preparation plant, and its location is often close to the project site. Properties of this material 

The properties define the reasons behind the massive desire of this material.
